Although Evo’s pricing is comparable to shared hosting, Liquid Web’s VPS servers avoid the performance issues inherent with shared hosting.
Sometimes it’s advantageous for a website owner to contract directly with a hosting company for their webhosting account. In that case, if requested, Evo will assist in evaluating webhosting plans from a variety of webhosting companies. Plans that are super cheap (e.g., $5/mo) are not suitable for database driven websites or applications.
